Advertise In Banquet Program

Take advantage of this opportunity to advertise in the SEDA Awards Banquet Program. Recognize your coach, congratulate a student, or whatever you would like. All ad artwork must be received no later than January 10. Black and white, PDF or JPG formats only. Art will be printed as received. Remember that higher resolution images will look better, so 300dpi is recommended.     Westward Ho(Down)!

    Saddle up, grab your hat and boots, round up your posse and mosey on down to SEDA’s Wild Westward Ho!(down) for a boot scootin’, rootin’ tootin’ good time! Everyone is welcome – even tenderfeet!

    Important Details

    • Tickets are $60 per person. No table reservations but we will attempt to seat you with your group. Register by January 15th to join the fun.
    • Registration includes meal, music, prizes, and fun…. you could win one of many fabulous door prizes!
    • Cash bar for those of legal age.
    • There will be a short membership meeting and some special presentations before the awards presentations.

    Fun for All

    • Western attire encouraged but not required.
    • Basket Raffle! Coordinate your stable, fellow riders, trainers, families, or just yourself… and build a ‘basket’ of goodies to be raffled. Tickets will be sold at the door for $1 each, cash only. A 50/50 raffle will be done with the proceeds: one lucky attendee will go home with half the pot: it could be YOU! Let us know (vicepres@sedariders.org or (504) 458-6794)  if you plan on bringing a basket. Baskets must be delivered to the banquet BEFORE 5:30PM so everyone has equal time to bid. 
    • Additional raffle items will be available to try your luck $10/chance or five for $20, including a beautiful dressage bridle courtesy of Saddlery Solutions valued at over $200.
    • Dancing! We’ll have a DJ, wear your boots and bring your music requests.
    • Purchase an ad in the Banquet Program! Congratulate a student or child, appreciate your trainer, advertise your services … the options are endless.
